Reiki is a simple, Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation which may, by enabling clients to reach a state of deep relaxation, also promote healing. Reiki involves the practitioner laying their hands on, or just above, the client in a series of hand positions. This allows reiki energy to flow into the client. A very simple, gentle, yet effective treatment, reiki is suitable for everyone.
