The term ‘regression’ means to go back to a previous time. It can be used therapeutically, for instance, to find out the cause of a phobia, within a course of hypnotherapy treatments. This usually involves regression to childhood rather than to a past life.
Regression can also be used non-therapeutically to allow you to experience any past lives you may have had. The explanations for such experiences vary depending on your spiritual, religious and psychological perspective. Possible explanations include reincarnation, imagination, cell or gene memory, or telepathy. Whichever explanation you favour, a past life regression can be a fascinating and enjoyable experience.
Were you Einstein?
Please note that in the same way that most of us lead fairly ordinary lives in the present, any past lives we may have lived are also likely to have been fairly ordinary. This is no bad thing. While you are unlikely to find out that you were Einstein in a past life, the life or lives you may experience are nonetheless likely to be fascinating. They may even offer you an understanding of your current beliefs, interests and values. The experience can be emotional but is perfectly safe.
You must be over 18 to experience past life regression.
Past life regression is normally a single session of between one and half and two hours.
Sometimes a past life regression may bring to light other issues or topics that you may wish to explore further and work through either using hypnotherapy or another form of therapy or support. I am happy to offer hypnotherapy to help with this but there is no obligation to have any further sessions.
The fee for a single session past life regression is: £100.
