I hear so many clients telling me tales of exercise regimes they have tried and abandoned; of pushing themselves to exercise even when they are not physically well enough to do so; of exercising only because they feel they ‘should’ or doing a form of exercise which they do not enjoy; or that they will start to exercise when they reach a certain weight.
My approach is different.
I won’t tell you what you ‘should’ be doing.
I won’t tell you what exercise to do or when to do it.
Using a combination of coaching and hypnotherapy I will help you to establish your true goals and what those goals really mean to you, what is getting in the way of your ability to achieve those goals, what forms of activity you would really enjoy doing or want to try and when you can realistically fit them into your schedule. The hypnotherapy will help to embed your goals, motivation and choices deeply into your subconscious mind so that it becomes increasingly easy for you to make the choices you want to make and adopt a healthy, active lifestyle that you can truly enjoy.
Hypnotherapy is not a ‘magic wand’ and you will need to be actively involved in the process, motivated to make changes and committed to undertaking the active lifestyle you choose. I will give you simple tasks to complete between sessions to help maintain your focus and continue to enable you to keep moving forward on your journey towards an active lifestyle.
