Have you spent years battling with your weight?
Have you tried diet after diet with little success or only to regain all the weight you worked so hard to lose when you come off the diet?
Would you like to be able to control your weight naturally, without constant cravings, restrictive diets or feeling that you are depriving yourself?
Maybe it’s time to try a different approach. Hypnotherapy is different.
As a hypnotherapist I will not tell you what you should and shouldn’t be doing. I will work with you to establish your goals, find out what is getting in the way, work with you to find simple, manageable, workable solutions to enable you to regain control of your eating habits and your weight. Hypnotherapy is not a ‘magic wand’. You will still have to eat less and exercise more in order to reduce your weight, but hypnotherapy will help you on the journey, helping you to make healthier choices more easily, helping you to control any cravings, helping boost your motivation and desire to exercise so that that too becomes something you enjoy. I will give you simple activities to carry out between sessions to help maintain your focus and continue to enable you to keep moving forward on your weight loss journey.
Changes to our eating and exercise habits are not made overnight. It takes on average 12 weeks to make lasting changes to habits and, as a result, my hypnotherapy weight loss programme supports you for the whole of that 12 week period. My programme is flexible and will be tailored to suit your needs offering 6 sessions of hypnotherapy over a 12 week period with the first 2 sessions at an interval of one week, 2 further sessions at 2 week intervals, the final 2 sessions after intervals of approximately 3 and 4 weeks.
If you are ready to make the changes needed in your life to regain control of your weight, and are willing to actively engage with the process, hypnotherapy will help you to make lasting change.
As a complementary therapist, I also offer discounted complementary therapies during this 12 week period to help support you in looking after your own well-being as you make these changes to your eating and exercise habits.
