Stress, Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Stress, anxiety and panic attacks affect a huge proportion of the population.

All are natural responses to our environment as a part of our survival instinct. In modern life, however, these responses can have a negative impact on our health and well-being.

If you are feeling stressed, anxious or experiencing panic attacks, hypnotherapy may help.

Stress, anxiety and panic attacks mean different things to different people. Everyone’s experience is different.  I use hypnotherapy to work with you to address your experience of stress, anxiety and/or panic attacks according to your individual symptoms, triggers, preferred coping strategies and goals.

Hypnotherapy is not a ‘magic wand’ but, if you are truly motivated to make the changes needed to achieve your goals and actively engage with the process, hypnotherapy will help you to make lasting change.

As a complementary therapist, I also offer discounted complementary therapies between hypnotherapy sessions to help support you in looking after your own well-being as you make these changes to your lifestyle.

If you are experiencing physical symptoms of stress, anxiety or panic attacks including (but not limited to) rapid heart beat or palpitations, shortness of breath, digestive problems, frequent headaches please make an appointment with a healthcare professional before coming to me. Once you have seen a healthcare professional and they have checked your physical symptoms and are happy for you to see a hypnotherapist, please get in touch.
