Hypnotherapy is not a ‘magic wand’. I won’t snap my fingers, tell you to stop and promise that you will never smoke again. It doesn’t work like that. I make no promises. I don’t offer any guarantees of success. Hypnotherapy is a tool and can be a very powerful and effective tool in helping make it easier for you to stop smoking. It will however, require determination and effort on your part too. Everyone is different, and everyone who smokes is also different. You are unique and individual and I will work with you accordingly to find the best way to help and support you on your journey to becoming a non-smoker.

For most people, it takes more than one single cigarette to become someone who smokes regularly. It is, therefore likely that you went on a journey over time from being someone who didn’t smoke, to someone who smoked.

In the same way, while a single session of hypnotherapy can be enough for some people, a course of three or four sessions is likely to be more effective. For this reason, I offer a stop smoking package of four sessions. Please contact me for further information.
